1. 24-hour Holter ECG Monitoring (3-channel)
This is a continuous recording of the heart’s activity for 24–72 hours during your normal daily activities. Unlike a standard ECG, this method captures rhythm disturbances that occur during physical exertion, stress, or sleep.
- Method: 5–7 disposable electrodes are attached to the chest and connected to a compact recorder.
- Preparation: Shower before the visit (no washing during the test). Men must shave chest hair at the attachment sites. Use cotton clothing.

2. Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM)
Automatic measurement of blood pressure over 24 hours.
- Rules: During measurement, stop, relax your arm, and keep it still. Keep a diary of activities and medication.
- Prohibited: Wetting the device or removing the cuff during the 24-hour period.
3. Minor Surgery at Olimed
- Services: Removal of moles and lipomas (with histology), cryodestruction of warts, skin biopsy, ingrown toenail resection, and incision of abscesses.
- Recovery: Avoid saunas and pools for 2–3 days. Histology results are ready in 14–21 days.
