service marked with code 7008 (Digital dermatoscopy), then the procedure is free if a dermatovenerologist or family doctor has referred a patient who has at least\u00a0<strong>one additional high-risk criterion for melanoma<\/strong>:<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>More than 50 pigmented nevi<\/strong><br \/>of which several are clinically atypical and\/or previously removed nevi from the patient have been clearly histologically dysplastic (so-called dysplastic nevus syndrome).<\/li><li><strong>Melanoma in history<\/strong><br \/>or in the family history of a first or second-degree relative.<\/li><li><strong>Congenital pigmented nevus<\/strong><br \/>with an expected diameter of 20 cm or more in adulthood.<\/li><li><strong>A single pigmented lesion with little or minimal clinical or dermatoscopic atypia<\/strong>,<br \/>with no dermatoscopic criteria for melanoma.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb87fad e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"eb87fad\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div
